By accessing this gallery, downloading images, or purchasing products, you agree to the following terms:

Copyright & Usage

All images remain the copyright of Pawtraits by Kelly unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are welcome to download and share their purchased images for personal use, including social media, provided the images are not altered, filtered, or edited in any way.

Images may not be:

• Sold or used commercially without written permission

• Entered into competitions without photographer consent

• Edited, heavily cropped, or altered with filters

• Claimed as your own work

Social Media Sharing

You are very welcome to share your images online. Please credit Pawtraits by Kelly where possible.

Image Delivery & Storage

Final edited images are delivered via your private online gallery. Clients are encouraged to download and back up all purchased images promptly.

While every effort is made to retain galleries, long-term storage cannot be guaranteed indefinitely.

Gallery Access

Gallery links are intended for client use and may be shared with friends and family unless otherwise agreed. Access may be removed after the gallery expiry date.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of photography products, refunds are not available once images have been downloaded or products ordered.

Photographer Portfolio Use

Pawtraits by Kelly reserves the right to use images for portfolio display, website content, social media, competitions, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing before the session.
